To some being in hostel is a punishment and to some it's a beautiful adventure that brightens their days every morning.Some need this particular sorrounding for proper functioning of their system to function. Experience in hostel cribs is a formula of life that hardens you and brings out the best part of you.Sometimes working in someone's rules and orders shapes you..it creates some ethics..it disciplines you.You get to experience the good side and the bad side the brave side and what you fear the most.Its a full-time exposure 😊And to some who came and found themselves in hostel not by choice they adapt and learn on being better people. Being in hostel is not a guarantee of a less independent ruther being in hostels gives you freedom on multiple choices on what to choose to do and what not to do.You can choose to sleep all day with no one knocking on your door room you can choose to go clubbing all night and be back in the morning again with no one on your neck with questions of your whereabouts and you can still choose that perfect good life of dependancy that you want to live.It all calls for personal discipline. The fact that your parent will not know where you slept..when and why and with whom this is total independence which is calls for a lot of discipline since it attracts uncothed and uncultured habits that later become a lifestyle.Being in hostels is an indication that you are in for your own life even in the presence of others.You can make your own decisions in the middle of your agemates you can agree and disagree accordin...

Should  we call them sugar daddies instead 😭😂 Sponsor is a name that appears ugly sometimes by what it is associated with.With the evening stories that assembles girls together in their rooms hardly will you not hear a "sponser" being mentioned😂.And not only by the mention of names ,the evidence of several parked personal cars outside the hostel gates is a clear indication that hostel girls got a story with these sponsors.Some alighting from the vehicle with shopping bags and KFC ‼️ It is really happening.This is possible since the only person on the watch is you and the guard who has nothin to say if you are under the right rules of time and entry restrictions.No parent,its only you with your large expenses to cater and the luvish life you desire..why will you not be trapped in sponser drama? The implication that it's a drug free zone is not an indication that students are not abusing drung.Where does the weed smoke come from in the evenings on hostel balconies? The reason as to why most people hate and would never go for hostel life is the rules and the repacations restrained by the management through the guards.The restrictions,time limit and off visitation is so harsh on students.Some try to understand that is for the better good but some guards and security officers turn to be so inhuman. Talking out of experience...you cannot get in the hostels past 10 pm they say"sleep where you are"So assuming you did not have the intentions of getting late or things happen along the way and the only secure place you can access is your hostel and that security officer outside your gate is insisting you sleep where you are are they keeping you safe or endulging you into danger!I talked to one and he told me "ni Sheria madam" meaning it's the law and it's unbreakable but at some point I feel that our own safety can break the law.
